Static IP
You can add a static IP (or more) to your service for an additional cost.

Dry Loop

You can use your active existing home phone land line for the service.

If you do not have an active home phone line, you would require a dry loop, which is essentially a dummy phone line, through which only the internet signal passes.

If you require a dry loop at your location, there would be an additional $6/month cost.

Regular Activation (Non-Dry Loop) – Free
If you have an active telephone line with an ongoing subscription, service can be installed over the line with no activation fee.

Basic Setup – $25/onetime
Installation up to a Demarcation Point aka NID (Network Interface Device) aka “Phone Box”. Suitable for experienced customers who know their way around inside wiring.

Full Installation – $125/onetime
Includes installation/rewiring of one phone jack inside of premises.
Suitable for customers who want a hassle-free installation. A qualified technician will be dispatched to your premises to ensure the service is up and running to one of the phone jacks inside of your home.
